We are looking for 3 hardworking and reliable construction helpers for long-term employment on a construction site in Montenegro. The role includes assisting skilled workers, carrying materials and tools, preparing and maintaining the construction site, and performing various general construction duties. Due to the frequent use of ladders and scaffolding, candidates must be comfortable working at heights. We offer: Net salary of €4 per hour Working hours: 8–10 hours per day Approximately 40–50 hours per week Saturday work, when required, is paid as overtime Sundays off Shared accommodation provided, with 2 workers per accommodation unit Two meals per day provided at the construction site Additional allowance for a third meal 12-month contract Starting date: as soon as possible Previous general construction experience is required. Foreign-language skills are not required. Candidates must be motivated, physically capable of construction work, comfortable working at heights, and free from health conditions that would prevent them from performing these duties.
