We are looking for experienced, outgoing, and professional bartenders for seasonal employment at reputable 4★ and 5★ hotels in Montenegro. Responsibilities include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, keeping the bar clean and organized, monitoring stock levels, and providing professional guest service. We offer: Starting net salary of €650–€700 Approximately €150–€250 in additional monthly income through service charge Working hours: 7 hours per day, 6 days per week Accommodation provided Three meals per day provided Overtime, night work, and work on public holidays paid additionally Seasonal employment from May until October Possibility of extending the employment Previous bartending experience and conversational English are required.
