We are looking for 6 experienced steel fixers/rebar workers for long-term employment on construction projects in Montenegro. Preference will be given to an established crew with previous experience working together, consisting of: 1 team leader 3 skilled steel fixers 2 steel-fixing helpers Individual applications will also be considered if a complete crew is unavailable. Candidates should have experience preparing, cutting, placing, and tying reinforcing steel according to technical drawings and project requirements. We offer: Team leader: €5.50 net per hour Skilled steel fixer: €5 net per hour Steel-fixing helper: €4 net per hour Working hours: approximately 10 hours per day, 6 days per week, depending on weather conditions and construction-site requirements Shared accommodation provided Transportation between the accommodation and the construction site provided Food provided through one of the following arrangements: two meals at the construction site plus €70 per month for a third meal; or a monthly €200 food allowance 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension Registration and temporary residence and work-permit procedures organized Planned arrival and beginning of the procedure within the next 60 days The preferred age range is 30–45 years for skilled workers and 25–35 years for helpers. Exceptions may be made for highly experienced and suitable candidates. Applicants must be physically fit for construction work.
